The International Process Servers Association has been asked by a Child Support Enforcement department to help in a feasibility report

Special Note: We are not looking for individual area rates. IPSA does not have a contract, but is acting as a liaison in the event the inquiring agency wished to take this approach. We are here to help process servers.	The International Process Servers Association has been asked by a Child Support Enforcement department to help in a feasibility report regarding setting up a contract for national process service. More specifically, they are attempting to determine whether or not finding one outfit to handle the service of process would be to their benefit.

	The issues they would like to address are:
	1	Cost
	2	Proofs of Service (include attempted affidavits)
	3	Jurisdictional issues.
	4	Any other thoughts /ideas

	Please note that they wish to explore service in all states with the exception of New York. We are not sure why they wish to exclude New York. We were also asked to keep their name private until they wish to take official bids. They do not wish to get flooded with phone calls yet.
